- Metadata & Provenance: Where technically supported, assets preserve standard machine-readable provenance metadata (such as C2PA / Coalition for Content Provenance and Authenticity standards) to support open verification across the web.
- No Factual Misrepresentation: Visual assets within this section are artistic or conceptual works. They do not represent authentic photojournalism, real-world documentary evidence, or actual occurrences.
3. Content Standards and Prohibitions
All generated visual material must strictly comply with our platform safety principles. The following categories of imagery are strictly prohibited from creation and publication:
- Deepfakes & Likeness Misuse: Photorealistic depictions or simulations of living private individuals without verified, written consent.
- Misinformation & Deception: Visuals crafted to fabricate emergency situations, falsify news events, forge official government or institutional documentation, or intentionally manipulate public perception.
- Harmful, Violent & Hateful Imagery: Graphic depictions of gratuitous violence, self-harm, hate symbols, discriminatory harassment, or non-consensual sexually explicit content.
- Targeted Artist Replication: Prompts engineered deliberately to clone, counterfeit, or diminish the primary market value of the unique signature style of living, working independent creators without authorization.
- Proprietary Trademarks: Unauthorized reproduction of registered corporate logos, brand marks, and copyrighted character designs.
4. Licensing, Permitted Use & Commercial Rights
